Unbuckled Driver Killed, 11-Year-Old & 2 Teens Among Multiple Hurt in Head-on Minnesota Crash
Princeton, MN (KROC-AM News)- An unbuckled motorist was killed and two teens along with an 11-year-old were among multiple injured in a rural Minnesota head-on crash on Saturday.

Two vehicles were involved in the deadly crash. The State Patrol responded to the scene shortly before noon.
The vehicles crashed on Hwy. 95 just west of Princeton. An eastbound car crossed over the center line and collided with a westbound SUV, the state crash report says.
36-year-old Ulysses Stephen Chase of Harris, MN, who was driving the car, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two boys riding with him from Schafer, MN, ages 11 and 14, and 41-year-old Theresa June Miller of Schafer suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Miller and a 14-year-old boy were brought to a hospital in St. Cloud and the 11-year-old was taken to Children’s Hospital in Minneapolis.
63-year-old Geralyn Marie Weitzel of Menominee, WI, was identified as the SUV driver. She was taken to a St. Paul hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Her two passengers, identified as 38-year-old Leanne Martha Payne of Menominee and a 14-year-old girl from Menominee, also were hospitalized. They suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Chase was not buckled up and neither driver was under the influence of alcohol, the state report says.
