WATCH: Trailer For Medical Drama Set In Minnesota
Add this to your roster! A new show set in Minnesota is coming to a television near you this year.
In October of last year, we learned about the new show. It's called Doc and is set in a fictional hospital in Minneapolis. (Sorry, Mayo Clinic.)
Medical dramas are really popular these days and it's fun to have a television show with the Land Of 10,000 Lakes as the backdrop!
Move over, Grey's Anatomy. We now have an official premiere date for this soon-to-be hit show.
The new show will be premiering in early 2025! TV Insider shares that the show will premiere in 2025 and a clip at the end of the official trailer shares that the show will be debuting in the winter.

Sadly, the show wasn't actually filmed in Minneapolis. Instead, it was filmed in Toronto. We will be able to spot the difference but others probably won't.
There is already an extremely popular Italian version of this show. Here's the premise of the show, courtesy of IMDb:
Doc tells the story of Dr. Amy Larsen who loses her memory during a car accident. She must return to being an intern and somehow rebuild her life from the pieces that remain.
It stars Molly Parker in the lead role, playing Dr. Amy Larsen, the Chief of Internal and Family Medicine. The fictional Minneapolis hospital in the show is called Westside Hospital.

I absolutely love medical shows like Grey's and The Resident so I am really excited about this. Plus, so many people in the comments section of the trailer called the original Italian version phenomenal.
Stay tuned for an exact premiere date. I can't wait to have another drama to add to my weekly lineup!
