Two Reasons It’s A Good Thing Dave Mustaine Said ‘No Comment’ When Asked About ‘Hardwired’

This may be the smartest move made in rock n' roll history since Clive Davis decided to sign Aerosmith on a whim!

In a recent interview, Megadeth's Dave Mustaine was asked what he thought about the new Metallica tune called "Hardwired." You may or may not be surprised to learnt that while yes, Dave has heard the new tune, he really doesn't want to talk about it. To be specific, he said, "I'm not gonna say anything." This is good for two reasons...

1) Dave avoids people calling him a "hater" for sharing a poor opinion. 

Let's be honest, that's exactly what would happen if he said he didn't like it.

2) Dave avoids people saying he should "focus on his own material and make it better" if he applauds "Hardwired."

 Because, those jerks are out there too.

So, it's a catch twenty two. Dave can't win whether he gives one opinion or another. Either way, I'm kind of curious to hear what he really thinks of "Hardwired" someday. Who knows if it'll happen.
