With the end of Twisted Sister on the near horizon, charismatic frontman Dee Snider is looking forward to continuing his musical career under his name alone. We Are the Ones, Snider's third solo record, will be release three days shy of Halloween on Oct. 28 through Red River Records.

The album, produced by GRAMMY award-winner Damon Ranger, is a deviation from Snider's iconic glam days, focusing more on reinvention as a contemporary rock artist. "We created an album that is ... think part Foo Fighters, part Imagine Dragons, part Thirty Seconds To Mars, forget anything from the past. Most of my heavy metal fans are gonna hate it; I’ve abandoned my past to move forward," the singer told Billboard about We Are the Ones.

Fans will have a special opportunity to score extremely limited items by donating to the PledgeMusic campaign surrounding the record. Up for grabs are not only various pre-order bundle options including signed merchandise, but signed lyric sheets, limited edition Dee Snider posters, a signed set of Dee Snider Legos, signed drum heads used on the recording of the album, signed microphones and pedals and even the opportunity to have Snider record an MP4 file of your choice which can be a happy birthday message, outgoing voicemail or anything else fans want. Also available are signed guitars and the chance to have the band perform a concert for you anywhere in the U.S.

Songs set to appear on We Are the Ones include "Rule the World," "So What," the title track, a cover of Nine Inch Nails' "Head Like a Hole" and more. “I always thought it was a great song, a powerful song. I can’t wait to do that one live. Like ‘We’re Not Gonna Take It’ is iconic, ‘Head Like a Hole’ is iconic for that era," said Snider.

Twisted Sister will be performing their final northeastern tri-state area show at the Rock Carnival in N.J. which will be held between Sept. 30 and Oct. 2 with Twisted taking the stage on Saturday, Oct. 1.
