They Buy Horses. Any Condition?

Remember seeing the "We Buy HOUSES" signs all over Rochester? Well, now they're into buying HORSES. Any condition, apparently. I saw this sign and one other one like it over by Walmart South. Now, I can't be too sure, but I think someone covered up the "U" in houses and replaced it with an "R".

Again, I can't be too sure because I was driving at the time and couldn't quite make it out, but it looks like someone did some tampering to the sign to make it read "We Buy HORSES. Any condition."

If you see one of these signs and get a good look at them, check out the "R" in horses and let me know if you see the same thing.
