This report goes all the way back to 1985 and it's chock full of 80's hair. 1985. What a time to be alive. Motley Crue was the sh*t back then. I don't think any of my friends took the lyrics as serious as some other people did. Sure the lyrics were about sex and violence but I don't think anyone really cared. It was, at the time, just some kick ass rock n' roll and still is, in some cases. Compare that to the lyrics of some songs nowadays, they're pretty tame...sort of.

Well, back in 1985, KSTP in the cities did a story about Motley Crue, their influence on young people and how their (and other bands) lyrics, caused some people to commit suicide.

Come for the Motley Crue, big hair and earrings, stay for the Urban Guerrillas.
