Skip Exercising and Do This to Burn Calories
I'm a runner. I run a lot but not because I like running. I run because I like eating. According to my GPS watch, I burn about 150 calories for every mile I run. Wouldn't it be nice if there was an easier way?
Turns out there is. Fox News just published results of a study conducted at Loughborough University. Their researchers found taking a one-hour bath in 104-degree-water will burn 130 calories, which is about the amount you'll burn on a half-hour walk or running one mile!
The test was only conducted on men and the team of researches say women's bodies might react differently. Grab a book or your iPad and test it out for yourself tonight!
