Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester teenager called police Sunday to report he has just been beaten up and robbed - and nearly run over by a car.

Police say the teenager called 911 around 5:45 PM from the Holiday convenience store near the Law Enforcement Center.

He told officers he met two males in a parking lot behind the store. The teen says they were armed with a gun and a knife and assaulted him and tried running him down with a car before they left with his money.

At last report, the two males were still being sought.
