Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Rochester police are working hard to find two men who robbed a local restaurant worker at gunpoint, and then forced him to get more money from an ATM.

Rochester Police Capt John Sherwin says the 31-year-old victim was taking out garbage at the Dos Amigos restaurant along the west Highway 52 frontage road (1611 Highway 52) about 6:30 a.m. Monday morning when two men approached.

The employee, who was alone at the business at the time, says one of the men pulled out a gun and demanded his wallet. The victim says when they found his ATM card in the wallet, they forced him to drive to a nearby machine and withdraw more money. The victim says the men then forced him to drive to near John Adams school where they got out and fled.

The victim was shaken up but not hurt. The man told police the men made off with several hundred dollars of his money.
