Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Charges are pending against two people who police say have confessed to robbing a Rochester business last month.

Police arrested 21-year-old Madison Reichert Wednesday after searching her Byron home. She told investigators she was the getaway driver in the June 19th robbery of the Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union along 55th street near the Walmart North store and helped plan the heist. She is the girlfriend of 19-year-old Andrew Fogan, who has admitted robbing the business. He is currently in custody in Goodhue County for an incident that occurred a week after the robbery in the Zumbrota area that included a police chase and extensive manhunt.

Police Captain John Sherwin says the two had their 1-year-old child with them at the time of the robbery. Sherwin says a fake mustache,  hoodie and hat that Fogan used to disguise his looks during the robbery were purchased at the Walmart store just before the crime was committed.  He says the two went to Chicago after the heist and spent the money. Some of the items they bought there were found in Reichert’s home.
