Rochester Man Ignores Court Order, Breaks Into Woman’s Home

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man was arrested Tuesday for violating a court order to stay away from a woman - after he broke her patio door window.

The woman called 911 around 4:00 AM Tuesday to report the man had knocked on her door and then broke the window when she refused to let him in. She also called a male friend who came to her home and saw the man in the rear yard.

The man was gone when officers arrived but he was located Tuesday evening and taken into custody. Facing felony burglary and other charges is 34-year-old Chase Dale.

Police say the woman was not hurt.
