Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester woman who was using a public restroom in August freaked out when she saw a cellphone suddenly appear under the partition.

The woman says she heard someone enter the restroom while she was in a stall. Moments later, she spotted the cellphone that was aimed at her. The woman says she became frightened and decided to leave right away.

On her way out, she saw a man in the other stall holding a cellphone and exposing himself.

She contacted police and investigators were able to check a surveillance camera in the building and identified the man as 22-year-old Terrence Williams, who has a northwest Rochester address.

He is now facing two gross misdemeanor charges and has been ordered to make his first court appearance next month.
