Red Wing, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man is scheduled to be sentenced in March for a felony conviction stemming from a fatal car crash near Zumbrota last year.  Court records in Goodhue County show 28-year-old Jesse Juaire entered into a plea agreement on Monday and admitted to one count of criminal vehicular homicide.

He was accused of being high on meth when he lost control of his car on Highway 52, resulting in a rollover crash in the early morning hours of August 18th, 2017 that resulted in the death of one of his passengers. The State Patrol report on the crash indicated 32-year-old Cassandra Sis was ejected during the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.
