Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The annual “Christmas with the Mayo family” kicks off Saturday at the historic Mayowood mansion.

The event is organized by the History Center of Olmsted County as a fundraising event.

The Christmas tours not only give the public an opportunity to see some very artistic holiday settings and trees but more of the historic home has been opened for viewing.

The tours will be available Nov 11 - Dec 17 and reservations are required. Tickets are available at the History Center (507) 282-9447. Prices are $22 for adults and $10 for children ages 5 - 12. There is no admission charge for children ages 4 and under.
