As part of a contest to be a zombie in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 video game DLC (downloadable content), a new promotional clip features celebrities "auditioning" to be zombies. Among those featured are Metallica frontman James Hetfield and Avenged Sevenfold vocalist M.Shadows.

The contest has a charitable component, with proceeds helping veterans find work. For all the entry details, go here. The game itself will be released Nov. 6.

In Metallica news, the band is currently on the road. They played St. Petersburg, Russia, last night (Aug. 25) and play Moscow on Aug. 27. Last week they did a show in Bergen, Norway. "Fly On the Wall" footage is now available that you can check out below. It includes Metallica warming up in their tuning room, guitarist Kirk Hammett and bassist Rob Trujillo doing a meet-and-greet and their performance of "The Day That Never Comes" from the concert.

Metallica continue to work on a new album. When asked about its direction, Hammett says, “A lot of times, we don’t know where it’s going, and we just kind of have to just keep it on the road and see where it takes us. And, at this point, we’re still on that road and we’re wondering where it’s gonna take us.”
