Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A concrete pour has finally been announced for the 4th St SW project in downtown Rochester that has affected traffic since early July.

The city engineer’s office says contractors are scheduled to begin paving the street in the 100 and 200 blocks Saturday - weather permitting. They also plan to pave the east half of 3rd Avenue SW.

The office says this will require the closure of northbound traffic on 3rd Avenue for approximately 2 hours. There will also be a temporary closure at 5th Street SW.

The entire project is scheduled to be completed by the end of November.
