Zach de la Rocha Releases New Song
September 9, 2016 7:37 AM It’s a question we’ve been asking since Prophets Of Rage (which contains bassist and backing vocalist Tim Commerford, guitarist Tom Morello, and drummer Brad Wilk of Rage Against The Macine, with Chuck D and B-Real on vocals) made their way onto the scene this spring. What happened to Rage Against The Machine’s Zach de la Rocha?
Recently Tim Commerford and Brad Wilk explained that Zach was “working on new music” and wouldn’t be able to front Prophets Of Rage, but gave them his blessing to go forward with the project.
Now we’ve got the “new music” they were talking about! Take a listen to “Digging For Windows” below.
What do you think? There’s no mistaking it’s Zach! We’re not sure what’s to follow this first track, but I’m hoping for a full album.
I’m glad to see him back on the scene again. Maybe we’ll even get him to some Prophets Of Rage shows too! That’d be sweet!
