Last Saturday, I made the brave trip over to Costco to knock out my grocery shopping for the week. I've been trying to kick my soda habit, so I'm drinking more sparkling water like La Croix and all that stuff. That's when I ended up buying a pack of Waterloo Sparkling Water. I hadn't heard of it before, but it was on sale and ended up tasting pretty good if you're into that sort of thing.

But when I was going through my Facebook News Feed just two days later, this immediately caught my attention:

Keep in mind, up until that Saturday I had never even heard of Waterloo Sparkling Water, and yet I was seeing a targeted ad that also mentions the place I just bought it from. That can't be a mere coincidence, right? How would Facebook know that? That's...super creepy.

Has this ever happened to you before? Do I need to start paying for my groceries in cash? Feel free to share your story in the comments.
