If there are two things I love in life, it's eating way too much cheese and not dying. It turns out I might be on to something! You might have heard the talk lately about dairy being bad for you, and that cheese is essentially junk food. But researchers found that not all dairy is bad. Go on...

According to a new study of more than 660,000 people over 15 years, cheese eaters tend to live longer than the non-cheese eaters (if those even exist). The same goes with yogurt as well. On the flip side, drinking a lot of milk might lead to a slightly higher rate of heart disease and death, so it turns out dairy is a bit of a double edged sword.

But back to cheese - researchers are now arguing that health officials should change the guidelines about dairy consumption. I have an idea: Instead of "An apple a day keeps the doctor away," let's go with "A pound of cheese makes living a breeze." Put that on my tombstone!
