Forget Seeing Venom on the Imax in Rochester on Opening Night

Marcus Theatres is closed... for a few days! Sorry to freak you out - this is only a temporary closure, BUT it's still a big deal if you were planning on checking out Venom on the only Imax screen in Rochester. They won't be showing any movies at the theatre on October 3rd, 4th, 10th, and 11th. Why? Apparently, the theatre has been reserved for a private party. For four days? Hot damn! How do I get an invite to that party?

Fortunately, you can still go to Venom on the Imax Friday. They have plenty of showing times starting as early as 11 am. Can't wait? Both Chateau and Cinemagic will be showing Venom Thursday evening.

Venom is not the only big movie opening this week! Who else is freaking out about Bradley Cooper singing? That, and seeing Lady Gaga on the big screen? Can't wait! A Star is Born hits theatres Thursday.
