Lecturer Bruce Fye presents – The Origins and Evolution of the Mayo Clinic from 1864 – 1939: A Minnesota Family Practice Becomes an International “Medical Mecca”. Mr. Fye will speak about the changes and innovations to Mayo Clinic practice from 1864 – 1939 that helped to make it a world renowned medical destination.

The lecture will be held in the Harold Crawford room at the History Center of Olmsted County on Tuesday February 20, 2018. A cash bar and light refreshments will be available to guests beginning at 5:30 P.M. with the one-hour lecture beginning at 6:00 P.M. Admission for the event is free.  At will donations gratefully accepted.
