Val grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (yep – she’s a Steelers fan, but she’s warmed up to the Vikings) and graduated from Point Park University in 2012. She’s been part of CBS Radio in Pittsburgh, Studstill Media in Illinois and now calls the Med City home! She and her husband, Will, enjoy Rochester’s craft beers and wine, hiking, and city/country balance. She also has a cat named Pantera – an adorable, long-haired black cat with green eyes! If you want to talk cats (or any animal really), hiking, movies, concerts, or pizza, Val is your girl!
