Another day, another food recall. It's been going around lately. And the latest one is pretty gross! The USDA just issued a warning about certain salad and wrap products sold at Trader Joe's and Walgreen's stores across the nation.

Caito Foods, who manufactures beef, pork, and poultry salads and wraps, is alerting people that their products may have a possible Cyclospora contamination. That's because their lettuce supplier, Fresh Express, notified them about a recall on their chopped romaine lettuce. This whole thing is like

What is Cyclospora, you may ask?

It's an intestinal parasite that is known to cause symptoms like diarrhea, loss of appetite, weight loss, stomach cramps or pain, nausea, fatigue, and other flu-like symptoms. That doesn't sound like fun!

If you've recently purchased one of these products, the potentially affected items will have a Best By, Enjoy By, Best If Sold By, or Sell By date from July 18-23. If the establishment number on the product says "EST. 39985 or P-39985," you may want to toss it out.

Will these food recalls ever stop?
